STA, 19 April 2018 – The National Assembly has passed legislative amendments that ease procedures for the employment of foreigners on behalf of innovative companies and companies that generate high added value. 

Employment most at risk in Slovakia, safest in Norway. 

Some register as SPs as the only way to find work, others to dodge taxes. 

About half of the potential movers would relocate within the country, half abroad. 

14 Million EUR is available, most from the European Social Fund. 

The aim is to limit the hiring of Croatian workers and their family members depending on the needs of the Slovenian market. 

But fewer hours worked in agriculture, hunting, forestry and fisheries.

Changes apply to companies that are reliable, pay their obligations on time, do not break the law, and pay salaries 1.5 times the average. 

Also calls to lower income tax to raise wages.
