STA, 18 June 2018 - Prime Minister Miro Cerar announced on Monday that the government would adopt on Thursday the decision on taking Croatia to the EU Court of Justice over its non-implementation of the border arbitration award. He said the coalition was united that the lawsuit must be filed.

STA, 15 June 2018 - The award declared by the tribunal arbitrating on the Slovenian-Croatian territorial dispute almost a year ago directly affected the lives of people along the border. Most are happy with the financial assistance offered to those who opt to move to the Slovenian side, but problems at sea remain.

STA, 15 June 2018 - A year after the arbitration tribunal announced its decision on the course of the Slovenian-Croatian border, the two countries remain at loggerheads over the border. Croatia claims it had withdrawn from the arbitration process and wants a bilateral agreement, while Slovenia insists that the EU-sponsored arbitration decision must be honoured.

STA, 21 May 2018 - Slovenia's Ambassador to Croatia Smiljana Knez indicated in an interview with the Croatian newspaper Večernji List on Monday that Croatia was satisfied with the border arbitration decision but wanted to re-package the solution into a bilateral agreement for political reasons.
