Sole proprietors (SPs) and legal entities must file their 2019 tax returns by the end of March.
The relevant forms are available at e-Davki, where they should also be electronically submitted. SPs can access the relevant form by clicking here and scrolling down to “elektronska oddaja”.
Then chose to click on “sole proprietor” option which will take you to the page to choose the tax period (1.1. 2019 – 31. 12. 2019). The form will then open.
