"Will we learn today more about the government's tax policy": Judging by the debate at the relevant committee, today's parliament session on the government's tax policy will see the parliamentary parties accusing each other of who said what and who advocates what. (front page, 2)

"Kočevje, a municipality where foreigners build and employ a lot": Just ten years ago the people of Kočevje were saying that they lived in a black hole where there was no progress, today the area in southern Slovenia is booming. (front page, 4-5)

NLB sale
"Will you be able to buy NLB shares in IPO": The paper has unofficially learned that 10% of the shares of the state-owned NLB bank will be offered to individual investors as part of the initial public offering (IPO). It does not expect massive purchases of shares as in the case of the NKBM bank. (front page, 8)

Oil prices
"Oil prices creeping to four-year record incites US$100 per barrel projections": The Organisation of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) could not care less about US President Donald Trump's calls for an increased production of oil, with the price of a barrel of North Sea Brent Crude reaching the highest price since November 2014.
