Suspected money laundering at NLB and NKBM banks
"Money laundering on the back of Banka Slovenije": A highly confidential audit report of the central bank about its actions in the fight against money laundering shows that the efficiency of its services was questionable. (front page, 2)

EU's spring recommendations

"Patient left waiting over four years": A woman who got on the waiting list for a toe operation in 2015 could have waited for the procedure for more than four years if the advocate of patient's rights, Duša Hlade Zore, did not intervene to report the case to the Health Inspectorate. Adriatic Slovenica sale
"Mega deal": Generali CEE, an affiliate of the world's third biggest insurer, Italy's Generali Group, signed a sales agreement yesterday to acquire Adriatic Slovenica from financial group KD Group for EUR 245m. IMD competitiveness rankings
"Slovenia makes nice leap in competitiveness": Slovenia gained another six places to rank 37th on the latest World Competitiveness Scoreboard.
