Eurowings, the budget carrier that is part of the Lufthansa Group, is expected to announce new flights to Brač, Osijek, Podgorica and Ljubljana in the coming days, as reported on Ex-Yu Aviation News. Last month the airline revealed plans to link Ljubljana and Dusseldorf, with the service due to start on January 15. The company then cancelled this launch date, while still maintaining that it intended to start flights between the two cities in the near future.
If a deal is finalized, then the connection would add to the following list of new services already announced for 2018:
March 25: Ljubljana – Sofia, Adria Airways
March 25: Ljubljana – Bucharest, Adria Airways
March 25: Ljubljana – Hamburg, Adria Airways
March 26: Ljubljana – Geneva, Adria Airways
April 27: Ljubljana – Dubrovnik, Adria Airways
April 28: Ljubljana – Brač, Adria Airways
