Bridges over Soča.

January 25, 2018

This week’s image shows Solkan Bridge (Slovene: Solkanski most, Italian: Ponte di Salcano) to the front, built in the early 20th century and still the worlds’ longest train bridge made of stone blocks, with Isonzo Bridge at the back.

It comes to us from Beno Saradzic, a Slovenian-born multi-specialist visual artist who made the UAE his home in the early ’90s. Internationally awarded from film festivals in Cannes, New York and even Emmy nominated, Beno is known in professional circles as a film director and producer, editor, conceptual and pre-visualisation 3D artist and, last but not least, a photographer. Beno is a Canon Ambassador, 500px.com, Timelapse+ and NiSi Filters Brand Ambassador

In the UAE and around the world, he attracted tremendous public attention through his virally shared time-lapse films, and is increasingly known as a photographer who successfully conveys his vision through ambitious, innovative and highly distinctive photos of the UAE and the rest of the world.

Beno is based in Dubai, UAE, and you can see more of his work on 500 Pixels, Instagram, and YouTube.
