Trump - Putin summit
"A bit lesser foes": Meeting in Helsinki, US President Donald Trump and Russia's Vladimir Putin pledged to improve the relationship between their countries. (front page, page 3)

Retail collective agreement
"Deeper pocket for retail workers": A new collective bargaining agreement for the retail industry, signed yesterday, will improve working conditions and pay in the sector. (front page, pages 2, 5)

Ronaldo transfer
"Cristiano Ronaldo: Years don't matter": While France and Croatia were welcoming World Cup heroes home, a crowd in Turin awaited the world's best football player, Cristiano Ronaldo, like a deity as he arrived to sign a four-year contract with Juventus. (front page, page 20)

"Helsinki: Trump and Putin happy with their first summit": The presidents of the US and Russia, Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin, appear to be happy with the outcome of their first summit-meeting in Helsinki. "Our relationship has never been worse than it is now," Trump said. "However, that changed as of about four hours ago." (front page, page 6)

Coalition talks
"Tonin gives the brush-off to Šarec, leaving for Janša": The executive committee of New Slovenia (NSi) took a unanimous decision yesterday to withdraw from six-way coalition talks led by election runner-up Marjan Šarec. (front page, page 2)

Motorways
"Could not find ten people to alleviate jams": DARS, the state-owned motorway company, draw up a pilot project for a traffic manager in order to help deal with situations resulting from road accidents and other events, but it has not been able to find ten among its 1,240 employees for a temporary transfer to the project.
